    Do I need to register to buy?

    Yes, you need to register for an account on the website before you can place your order. This is for trade customers only; retail customers can buy online without registering at www.mrsfrisbeesallnaturals.co.uk.

    You should gather together the following items to prove your status as a Trader. You will need to email these to us so that we can verify that your account is a true business account:

    • An official company invoice or utilities bill which confirms your name, the company name and your VAT number if applicable.
    • A copy of your business card or company letterhead.
    • Internet dealers – a link to your website.
    • If you are just setting up in business then you can send us a copy of a letter from your bank or accountant, or any other proof of future trading.

    I have forgotten my password.

    Click on ‘Lost your password?’ under the Login button and enter your username or email address. We will then email you a link to create a new password.

    I have forgotten my username, now what?

    You can log in with your email address, if you have forgotten your username.

    How do I delete my user account?

    Log on, go to  My Account / Account details. Enter your password in the box on the bottom right, then press Confirm Deletion.

    Why don't you ship to my country?

    At present we only ship within Europe, although for retail (www.mrsfrisbeesallnaturals.co.uk) we deliver throughout the world, as these are much smaller orders.

    How long will my order take before it is ready?

    We try to despatch all orders as soon as possible. However, all our products are handmade in small batches to ensure freshness and enhance shelf life, therefore larger orders may take a little longer to prepare.

    What methods of payment do you accept?

    You can pay by BACS, credit card or PayPal.

    How long will it take for my items to arrive?

    From despatch (see ‘How long will my order take before it is ready’), between 2 to 6 working days.

    How do I return / exchange items?

    Returning damaged goods or the wrong item received

    We hope your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is some other problem with your order please report it to us immediately at [email protected]. Please send photographic evidence of any damaged goods.

    If the return is a result of our error and you have received an incorrect or defective item, we will pay the return fees or arrange a collection on your behalf.

    Returning unopened, unused, undamaged goods

    You may return unopened, undamaged goods within 28 days of delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and original postage fees.

    If you received free delivery, the actual delivery cost paid by us will be deducted from any refund we make to you.

    If the return is a result of our error and you have received an incorrect or defective item, we will pay the return fees or arrange a collection on your behalf.


    What payment security do you have?

    Credit card: we have SSL certification, which creates an encrypted connection between our web server and our customers’ web browser. At checkout, look for the padlock icon in the web browser. We do not store customers’ card details.

    BACS: you have your bank’s security.

    PayPal: you pay through the PayPal secure portal.

    Can I pay on account?

    No, all orders must be paid in full before despatch.
