Returning damaged goods or the wrong item received
We hope your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is some other problem with your order please report it to us immediately at info@mrsfrisbeesallnaturals.com. Please send photographic evidence of any damaged goods.
If the return is a result of our error and you have received an incorrect or defective item, we will pay the return fees or arrange a collection on your behalf.
Returning unopened, unused, undamaged goods
You may return unopened, undamaged goods within 28 days of delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and original postage fees.
If you received free delivery, the actual delivery cost paid by us will be deducted from any refund we make to you.
